Renovation of an 11-story steel framed office tower designed by Morgan, Walls and Morgan and built in 1913. The original building uses will be reactivated, and include retail, restaurant and creative office space. A refresh will be applied to typical office floors to create open, light-filled floor plates highlighting beautiful double-hung and center-pivot windows. Proposed plans also include the introduction of a new basement bar space and the incorporation of a staircase abandoned for over 100 years. Full restoration of the building's exterior and entry lobby will breath new life into one of Broadway's best-known buildings.
